Thank you for participating as a vendor in our 2019 Hoof Health Conference trade show! We know with your attendance, this year will be a great success.

If at any time you need to reference our conference schedule of events, please refer to this section. Take a browse to see if there might be anything else you would like to attend. 

Thursday Feb. 21, 2019

Booth set up is Thursday from 8am until 11:30am. The trade show officially opens at noon. Lectures will begin an hour later. This is around the time people will start arriving at the conference so traffic will be sporadic in the beginning as people arrive at the hotel and get settled in. Lectures will run from 1pm until 5:15pm. There will be a 30 minute break in lectures for people to get over and start checking out the trade show from 2:45pm - 3:15pm.

Thursday night there will be a reception with appetizers and a cash bar at the trade show from 5:15pm - 6:15pm. The hotel will then close and lock up the trade show doors at 6:30pm for the night.

The conference then hosts a banquet dinner, awards, and comedian following the reception at 6:30pm. If you are interested in attending this, please purchase your dinner by February 1, 2019(details on how below).

Friday, Feb. 22nd

Trade show doors will be unlocked at 7:30am on Friday. Lectures will be held from 9am until 4pm. This day there will be two 30 minute breaks in lectures for people to attend the trade show. In the morning it will be from 10:15am to 10:45am and the afternoon will be from 2:30pm until 3:00pm. 

There will be a lunch Friday from 12pm until 1pm (prepurchase only). If you wish to have lunch with the group, again please purchase by Feb. 1 (details on how to do this below).

*Just a note, the provided times on Thursday and Friday for lectures do not mean the trade show closes during those times. People will be very fluid in their attendance. Some will not be attending every lecture so they will peruse the show at their leisure. We say this to let you know that it is up to you when to man your booth and when to break. It is advised for someone to be there during the trade show breaks listed above and of course the Thursday reception. Otherwise, since people will be in and out, feel free to do the same. If you wish to attend any of the lectures, you are welcome!

The tear down process on Friday is very fluid as well. You can begin the process after the last trade show break Friday afternoon, or wait until after lectures are over to begin (for the last stragglers to come back and peruse after the last lecture). Tear down must be completed by 6pm on Friday night.

The trade show will be over then but if you are sticking around, we offer offsite dinner options for the conference on Friday night, if you wish to have one of these then please purchase by Feb 1.

Saturday, Feb. 23rd

On Saturday we are taking a trip to tour a local dairy farm. If you are not a chute or table manufacturer, you should feel free to join us! Lunch is provided, but again you need to purchase the farm day lunch option.

You will note in the kit that you will work with _______________for return shipment and their service does come with a fee. You may also choose to handle return shipments yourself at the local Fedex or UPS locations.
